I’ve been going here for my regular cleanings and have had a great experience every time, but recently got a cleaning from Nick who did an outstanding job . I can tell he’s very experienced. My mouth has never felt cleaner!

Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I was in pain and they were able to see me within 24 hours which I thought was great. After my consultation, I was able to get an appointment for the follow day to remedy my issue. All in all it was a great experience considering what needed to be done, it definitely went as well as it could possibly go. I will be visiting this office again.

It's always an exceptional experience at coastal dental. DR Windom is kind and has a soft touch. His office staff is extremely professional and very helpful insuring you know when your apartment is scheduled, checking you in and taking care of the paperwork. The person I have the most contact with is Judit, the hygienist. She is extremely kind and considerate. She makes sure I understand the billing before she performs any service, so there are no surprises at checkout and she is excellent at maintaining your oral health plan. She does a beautiful job cleaning my teeth and guiding me to have the best smile possible. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and I'm completely confident in her skill and efficiency. Judit is exceptionally good at her job and I appreciate her attentive approach to providing my oral health care. There is a genuine attitude of care and concern that you have a positive experience at Coastal Dental from the doctor, to the hygienist and the front office staff. The kindness, professionalism and excellent service is greatly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stay far away from this place. I am beyond frustrated and honestly shocked by the way this office treats its patients. I came here today with my wife, who previously received dental services at this location. Since then, she has been repeatedly billed because the office failed to submit her insurance claims—a problem that never should have happened in the first place. My wife tried calling the office countless times, only to be ignored every single time. No calls returned. No answers. Nothing. We were forced to drive to this location four separate times just to try to get someone to do their job. Each visit came with the same empty promises from staff members who conveniently refused to give their real names. Every time, we were told, “The claim will be submitted.” It never was. As they continued to sent us bills, we became genuinely worried about being sent to collections for something that was not our fault. During our fourth visit (today), my wife finally asked for printed copies of the claims so she could submit them herself—because clearly, this office wasn’t going to do it. Such professional staff. No surprises and everyone knows their job well. Pleasant personalities! Jackie at the front office has the paperwork ready for endless signatures for 1st timers. It is seamless and doesn't take much time. Brittney snapped my X-rays with care and speed letting me realize that this isn't her first time. Judy who is my dental hygienist explained everything that she needed to do at my future appointment and how much I would have to pay. There was never no surprises. You knew it every minute what was expected and what it would cost. Upon meeting the dentist, I found him to have one of the best personalities ever! Calm, reassuring, and he doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary dental procedures. On top of all that he's a Green Bay Packers fan! Go Pack Go!! So glad I found this place❣️
